Accounting Services

To comply with various Acts and requirements in Malaysia, companies that registered in Malaysia, need to maintain proper and updated bookkeeping records.  Updated bookkeeping is necessary for all types of business in Malaysia. 

Updated bookkeeping enables to generated monthly, quarterly and yearly accounting reports such as Income Statement (Profit & Loss Account), Balance Sheet, Fixed Assets Listing, General Ledger, Debtors Statement, Credits Statement, SST Report and others which provide insight of financial situation of your business.  

We also provide services to clear backlog and bring your accounts up to date. 


Income Tax Services 

We associate with licensed Tax Agent and provide services to manage the income tax compliance obligations for both Company Tax and Business Tax.


Company Income Tax 

• Prepare the tax computation and submit the annual tax return, form C, to Inland Revenue Board (IRB) or Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN)

• Prepare and submit form CP204 for estimated income tax for a year and CP204A if any tax revisions for a year. 

Business Income Tax 

• Form B for personal tax with business income

• Form P for partnership 

Audit Services

We associate with licensed audit firm, providing Audit and Assurance services to clients from various industries. Our auditor will conduct audit in accordance with recognized auditing  standards in Malaysia and the Company Act 1965.  

The Auditor will evaluate the Financial Statements prepared whether the Financial Statement gives 'True and Fair' view of the financial situation of the company. 


Payroll Services 

Processing payroll monthly can be a complicated and time-consuming if there is not enough resources.  We provide Payroll Outsourcing Services to clients from various industries at an affordable price.  The services are as below:
